This week has been lovely despite the sudden changes in weather. We're done with the second week of January and so far so good. Life has been alright, I guess and I haven't really done anything major yet since I'm still setting up my goals for this year. Can I ask for a free trial for the first few months of 2018? Or maybe not.
- Pia and Roanne informed me that they already received the package that I sent them last Saturday. I was delighted that my simple appreciation gift made them happy. Also, it was my first time to send a package. Now that I find it really interesting I'm thinking of sending random gifts to my online friends.
- My aunts and I had a pep talk session, they were at home and one of my aunts asked me If I have a boyfriend already, Of course, I don't have one. They were quite surprised when I told them that I don't have interest in having one, that I don’t have time for it yet, I want to focus on myself and establish a career, enjoy life. Love will always be around the corner.
- After that pep talk, I had a sudden realization that I'm at that point of my life where people at my age are getting married, having kids, professionals and it's scaring me a bit like it was just yesterday we were all teens doing teen stuff.
- I started watching this ongoing Korean drama entitled I'm not a robot. I find the storyline odd at first however when I started watching it I eventually loved it. Now, I have to wait every week for new episodes. //deep sigh//
- I re-downloaded pocket! An impressive application, I must say. I've read some articles that I can totally relate to, I saved some cool and informative articles that I can read for those long hours of commuting back and forth from home to work. I might share some of my favorite articles with you guys!
- I was at work when a package arrived! It was from Franchesca of Soon the Moon! I didn't open the package not until I got home. Inside the package was two yellow envelope with a note, a consolation prize that I won from their giveaway last year and another one (I didn't expect this one) is because of the twitter game last year where the first 5 who like your tweet get a simple gift and I really thought everyone on twitter forgot about it so I was hesitant to send gifts (because to be honest I'm such a noob I don't know how lol) The main photo that I used in this post is the photo of the content of the envelopes. I’m one happy kid.
- It has been weeks since Jonghyun of SHINee passed away and I can still feel the sadness how much more his friends in the industry. I saw this video clip on youtube during the Golden Disc Awards where yeri a member of Red Velvet cried while IU was singing through the night. Heartbreaking.
- A sudden meet up with Dominique, I accompanied her to the mall, she was gonna buy a new watch then we ate Mexican food instead of kimbap because the line was long. She wasn’t a fan of burrito so I ended up taking the burrito home.
- Meet up with Pat! We haven't seen each other for weeks, she was busy during the holidays and I don't have much time to visit her last month because of work. She gave me a gift from her mom, it's a tote bag, a gray shirt and a bar of chocolate that has peanut butter in it.
- I watched flatliner a movie where a group of medical students decided to experiment and to try out what it feels like in the afterlife, it's psychological movie which gave me creeps after watching it. Though, Nina Dobrev was stunning in the movie.
